The comfy king-size bed made it so easy to relax after a long day of exploring. Plus, the breakfast buffet was a good spread with options for everyone, from fresh pastries to hearty Asian dishes that kept me coming back for more.

The room was very comfortable, full service, we arrived very early in the day, but they did not mind and gave us the room anyway

the double room was newly decorated and had a work desk, a coffee/tea maker, and a flat-screen tv with cable channels. it was next to airport by 18 hrs and restaurants and shops, excellent and perfect location overall.

This hotel offers a lovely experience with friendly staff, especially in the club lounge where I enjoyed excellent service and delicious food. The room had some outdated furniture, and there was a slight musty smell in the corridor. It was a pleasant stay in a prime location.

Located on orchard road, very convenient for shopping. Nice bedroom, huge comfy bed and pillows. Love the kimonos. Staff is very attentive, excellent customer service.

no complementary bottled water in the room! have to buy from 7 eleven or boil your own water. & there can be noise from the street sometimes late at night or in the early morning.

The hotel had a strategic location in the food court of Ion Mall on the next block. What's more, it was just off the famous Singapore Botanic Gardens, restaurants, shopping, a movie theater and the MRT and the major shopping districts. The rooms were all airy and brand-new with universal electrical plugs and a decent bathroom.

Nothing to mention.

The staff's attention to detail was amazing. The room was spacious and well-appointed, equipped with everything I needed for work. The breakfast offered a good array of options, including fresh pastries and gourmet coffee. Plus, the hotel's location on Orchard Road made it convenient for meetings and exploring local dining options.

Very nice location in the heart of the shoping district, very close to the new ion mall.

Executive lounge crowded for the evening cocktails, as this is the only free place for internet connexion.

The hotel is well known by all Taxi drivers and therefore there was no need for explanations. The check-in and out was fast and efficient. Breakfast in the lobby was very good with a large choice of foods. All staff were friendly and polite providing a friendly "hello" whenever we happened upon a staff member.

I loved my recent stay, especially the huge, comfy room and the delightful rooftop pool that was perfect for lounging. They offered a refreshing massage service that really helped me unwind after a long day of exploring. The only minor issue was that the room had a bit of a musty smell when I first walked in, but it didn't affect my overall experience at all. 😊

As with most hotels in Singapore, the staff are friendly and courteous. The hotel is well appointed. Though at 396 SGD per night for a room with two twin beds it was slightly on the more expensive side. You can find something equally nice for less I think. But the hotel was great and the swimming pool on the 23rd floor was excellent. It had a separate children's pool about 0.6 meters and my two kids - 5 and 2 - loved it!

Loved Singapore, the hotel was truly exceptional to food & shopping places. We had the a double room which was good-sized and recently renovated.

Clean room, very pleasant staff

Paying $175 for a week of internetr access, when many hotels of thgis standard give free access. The day rate is just too high. Far same maney or less even better Singapore standards can be found.

Gym facilites were great, so was the pool and location of the hotel. Front dest staff very friendly and tried to remember my name. Nice touch.

The restaurant and bar looked small and limited. Although I didn't stay for long. No windows would open in the room. The room smelled of stale smoke. A blast of fresh air would of helped even though I'm a smoker.
